Welcome to the official web site of the Metro Pool League, based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. The 8-ball league was formed in 1972 with four clubs - The Painters Club, The Civic Workers Club, The Carpenters Club and The Steamfitters Club - and a membership of approximately 80 players. Since then it has grown into the oldest and largest pool league in Nova Scotia, with over 600 players. |
